Why don't I see the option to add approvals to an offer?
When you create an offer for a candidate, any Offer Approval steps included in the Job's Approvals tab will be automatically applied to the offer created. If no Offer Approval steps have been added to the Job's Approvals tab, no Offer Approvals will be applied to the offer created. Your team can add Offer Approval steps by going to the job>Approvals tab, and adding the appropriate steps under the Offer Approval steps. These Offer Approval steps will be applied to any future offers that are created for this job.
This applies to organizations that have Standard or Enterprise Product Subscription. Organizations without Basic Product Subscription do not have the Approvals tab.
