If you are encountering an error when attempting to submit a scorecard for a candidate's application during Application Review, it is possible that the issue is due to the Application Review stage not including an interview.  

To confirm if this is the cause, please take the following steps:

  1. Locate the job for which the error is seen within App Review
  2. Navigate to the job's dashboard > Job Setup > Interview Plan
  3. Confirm if there is an interview within the App Review stage

If there is no interview listed under the App Review stage in the job's Interview Plan, then this is the cause of the error being seen.  To resolve this, you will want to add an interview to this stage.  To do so, please take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the job's dashboard > Job Setup > Interview Plan
  2. Click on +Interview for the App Review stage (will add image)
