If you are encountering an error when attempting to submit a scorecard for a candidate's application during Application Review, it is sometimes due to the Application Review stage not having any interviews in the interview plan.
You can update the job's interview plan by following these steps:
- Locate the job that the candidate is applying for
- Open the Interview Plan (Job's dashboard > Job Setup > Interview Plan)
- Confirm if there is an interview within the App Review stage
If there is no interview listed under the App Review stage in the job's Interview Plan, then add an interview stage. You should now be able to review the candidate's application.
