If a candidate is deleted in Greenhouse Recruiting, their record cannot be recovered. To add a candidate back into the system, you would need to manually recreate the candidate profile.
While it would have the same name and candidate information, this new profile would be completely separate from the deleted candidate and would not have any activity history, previous applications, or any other information from the deleted candidate.
