As you start to build out your Greenhouse Onboarding account, you'll see a number of places where you can upload photos. Below, we will cover where those photos live, and what size photo will work best in each space.

Where it appears: The icon will appear in the upper left hand corner through out the app.
How to add/edit it: Navigate to Settings > General > Information & Customization > Icon > select the white space to upload an icon
Size Recommendation: The icon can be any size, as long as its dimensions are square.

How to edit/add it: Go to Settings > General > Information & Customization > Logo > select the white space to upload a Logo
Size Recommendation: For the best visual, we recommend 700x400 (700 px wide by 400 px tall).

How to edit/add it: Go to Settings > General > Information and Customization > Company Photo > select the white space to upload
Size Recommendation: 1440x500
Milestone/History Timeline
Where it appears: On the History tab in the New Hire Onboarding Experience, and also on the Company tab
How to edit/add it: Go to Company > Company > Company History
Size Recommendation: 900x450
Team Cover Photo:
Where it appears: On the Team page, and will show up for any Social Clubs in the New Hire Onboarding Experience
How to edit/add it: Go to the Team's page by searching for the team or going to Company > Teams > and select the team. Select Add Cover Photo at the top of the Team page.
Size Recommendation: 700x220
Note: In the new hire flow, the center of the image will be displayed.
Profile Photo:
Where it appears: On employee profiles, and anywhere an employee is listed through out the app
How to edit/add it: On your profile, click on the picture. An upload modal will appear for you to select the appropriate image to upload.
Size Recommendation: Must be less than 3 MB. The profile photo is circular and will pull from the center/center to the center/top of your photo, so we recommend using a photo that has your face in the center.
Note: Some file types, such as GIFs, will require a smaller file size to allow upload.
