Welcome to the Jungle transforms the recruitment experience by creating a transparent technological bridge between your application management system and the Welcome to the Jungle platform. In order to do so, Welcome to the Jungle is working along with an API partner, Kombo. It is an API integration solution that establishes a direct connection between Welcome to the Jungle clients' ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and the Welcome to the Jungle platform. This technology enables seamless synchronization of job and application data between the two systems.
Welcome to the Jungle’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to automatize the publication of your jobs and the management of the applications data (optional).
Configure the Welcome to the Jungle integration
The configuration will start as soon as you receive a Kombo link from Welcome to the Jungle.
Kombo complies with the most stringent industry security standards. The solution is SOC 2 certified and implements end-to-end encryption for all data transmissions.

Once you receive the Kombo link, you’ll be prompted to:
Grant Welcome to the Jungle access to job posts and candidates data (to use the Easy-apply feature):

Use the Welcome to the Jungle integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once you’ve granted Welcome to the Jungle permission to fetch the jobs and send the applications, Welcome to the Jungle will start receiving the data.
By default, Welcome to the Jungle receives all jobs present on your Greenhouse account and for which status is “open” and visibility is “public”.
Welcome to the Jungle will then remain in close contact with you to finalize the integration and make sure it publishes the expected jobs (filters can be implemented to select jobs to be published) in the expected format.
As soon as Welcome to the Jungle receives your confirmation to publish the expected jobs on your profile page, it will do so.
From there, you won’t need to do anything else: your job postings will now be published automatically and will be updated each night.
If you choose to enable the Easy-apply feature, every application will be sent directly to your Greenhouse account as soon as the candidate has applied on your company profile page.
