Company documents

What are company documents?

Company documents are shared across all of your company's interviews, unlike the additional context documents you can add to a single interview. Voice AI won't guess or make up an answer — if the information hasn't been provided, it says so.

What makes a good company document?

  • Benefits summaries
  • Company values or mission statements
  • Culture guides
  • Employee handbook excerpts
  • Org charts
  • Office or remote work policies

Voice AI reads the full text of each document, so upload the original file rather than an extracted section.

Upload a document

  1. Go to AI Interview Settings > Company Documents.
  2. Select Add file.
  3. Upload a PDF, DOCX, or DOC file up to 10 MB.
  4. Enter a description and a note on how important the document is.
  5. Select Save.

Tip: Clear, specific descriptions help Voice AI find the right information faster.

Manage documents

Each document's entry shows its file name, description, importance, upload date, and uploader. From there, you can view, replace, or delete it using the trash icon.

Note: Only admins can add, replace, or delete company documents.

Global interview settings

Configure company-wide defaults for communication analysis, fraud detection, and integrity settings under AI Interview Settings > Interview Settings. These defaults apply to all interviews.

Note: Only admins can change these settings.

What are interview settings?

Interview settings are the company-wide defaults that apply across all of your interviews, unless overridden at the interview level.

Timelines

  • SLA (recruiter response commitment): Sets a response window, in days. When enabled, the default "next steps" answer in additional context includes this timeline.

Communication

  • Communication analysis: Scores candidates on clarity, fluency, structure, confidence, engagement, and vocabulary.
  • Detect long-winded answers: Flags overly long or rambling answers.

Integrity

  • Voice AI cheat detection: Detects script-reading or use of outside tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Detect unlikely information: Flags improbable or exaggerated claims and inconsistencies with the resume. Requires an ATS integration.
  • Resume fraud analysis: Checks for suspicious resume signals. Requires an ATS integration.
  • Fraud detection: Advanced analysis used to verify candidate authenticity.

Warning: The Reset button at the bottom of this page erases all current interview settings and restarts setup. This can't be undone.
