Once a candidate completes their interview, their results are ready to review. This article walks through the candidate list, what you’ll find in each evaluation tab, how scoring works, and how to export results.
Note: This page covers results from AI interviews. Live interviews go through a separate review process.
Candidate list
The candidate list shows each candidate's score, name, email, job title, status, and interview date. A candidate's status is one of the following:
- Unregistered
- Registered
- In Progress
- Completed
- Incomplete
- Opted Out
Opening a candidate's evaluation automatically marks them as reviewed. Select the eye icon to toggle a candidate's reviewed status manually. The kebab menu offers options to archive, restore, or opt out a candidate.
Evaluation tabs
Each candidate's evaluation is organized into the following tabs:
Summary
Shows a score from 1–4 for each question, with links to the candidate's answer and video playback. Also includes the candidate's strengths, areas for growth, communication score (if enabled), and integrity meters (if enabled).
Transcript
A speaker-labeled transcript (Voice AI / Candidate) with timestamps, linked to the corresponding point in the video.
Relevant info
Insights Voice AI picked up on during the interview, including notes and any questions the candidate asked.
Suggested follow-ups
AI-generated questions you can use in the candidate's next interview round.
Communication analysis
An overall score from 0–100% across six dimensions: Clarity, Fluency, Structure, Confidence, Engagement, and Vocabulary. Scores fall into one of four bands:
| Band |
| Excellent |
| Good |
| Below Average |
| Needs Improvement |
Communication analysis doesn't affect a candidate's overall score by default, but it can be weighted up to 20% in interview settings.
Cheat detection
A five-level scale, from Very Low to Very High, estimating the likelihood of script-reading or external-tool use during the interview. It draws on signals like prosody, pauses, phonetic consistency, acoustic artifacts, and disfluency patterns. Cheat detection doesn't affect a candidate's score and can be manually overridden.
Fraud detection
Two separate assessments — candidate fraud warning and resume authenticity — each rated Low, Moderate, High, or Critical. Neither affects a candidate's score.
Tip: Communication analysis, cheat detection, and fraud detection only appear when they're enabled in your company settings.
Scoring
Each question is scored automatically on a 1–4 scale, and scores can be manually overridden:
| Score | Label |
| 1 | Poor |
| 2 | Fair |
| 3 | Good |
| 4 | Excellent |
The candidate list shows each candidate's average score, color-coded for quick scanning.
Export results
Export results to CSV from the job's interview data page. You can select which columns and question responses to include in the export.
