CallPilot’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to automatically screen applicants for active jobs and review screening summaries, transcripts, and recordings in CallPilot and Greenhouse.
Configure the CallPilot integration
Prerequisite: At least one AI phone number must be provisioned in CallPilot before screening calls can be placed.
Connect your Greenhouse Recruiting account from the Connect ATS page in CallPilot. You will sign in to Greenhouse and approve access to complete the connection.
Sign in to CallPilot and, from the left-hand navigation, select Integrations > Connect ATS.
On the Available ATS to Connect page, find the Greenhouse card and select Connect to ATS to open the Greenhouse sign-in and approval screen.
Sign in to Greenhouse, review the requested permissions, and approve access for CallPilot.
Return to CallPilot after approving access.
On the Connect ATS page, confirm that the Greenhouse card shows Live. Your Greenhouse account is now connected.
CallPilot uses job, application, and candidate details from Greenhouse to identify active applicants and contact them for screening. Screening results are added to Greenhouse after calls are completed.

Use the CallPilot integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Follow these steps to set up and review AI screening calls for your Greenhouse applicants.
Provision an AI phone number
Open AI Phone Numbers in the left-hand navigation and select Buy AI Number. Choose an AI-enabled number to use as the caller ID for screening calls.
Choose an AI call flow
Open AI Flows and choose a template from the Callpilot Flow Store, or create a custom flow with AI Call Builder.
Configure the AI Applicant Screening Call
In AI Applicant Screening Call, select your Greenhouse connection, AI phone number, and AI voice. Set the time zone and calling days/hours, then choose the screening topics, such as right to work, job requirements, experience, qualifications, and availability.
Set the screening call to Running. CallPilot will call newly identified active Greenhouse applicants during your selected calling hours.
Screen applicants and review updates in Greenhouse
CallPilot calls each eligible applicant using your AI phone number and follows the screening flow you configured.
After the call, open the candidate’s record in Greenhouse to review the screening summary in the activity feed and the transcript and recording attached to the profile.
Review screening results in Reports
Open Report > Call Activity in CallPilot to review completed and in-progress calls. The page shows screening totals, applicants who passed screening, and consultant hours saved. Find a candidate in the table to review their AI Decision and open the full call history.
