Juicebox is an AI-powered recruiting platform that helps recruiting teams source, evaluate, engage, and manage talent. Recruiters can search for candidates using natural language, build talent pipelines, automate outreach, and connect their recruiting workflows with their existing applicant tracking system.
Juicebox’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to import Greenhouse jobs into Juicebox to begin sourcing, export candidate profiles from Juicebox directly into Greenhouse, and identify candidates who already exist in Greenhouse to help prevent duplicate records and duplicate outreach.
Configure the Juicebox integration
You must have administrator-level or equivalent permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting to enable the integration.
To connect Greenhouse Recruiting to Juicebox:
- Sign in to your Juicebox account.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Locate Greenhouse in the list of available ATS integrations.
- Click Activate Integration.
- Follow the instructions in the connection window.
- When redirected to Greenhouse Recruiting, sign in using an account with the required administrative permissions.
- Review the requested Greenhouse permissions and authorize Juicebox to access your Greenhouse Recruiting account.
- After authorization is complete, return to Juicebox. Greenhouse will display as an active integration.
Once the integration is successfully connected, Juicebox can use Greenhouse data to support job import, candidate export, and candidate deduplication workflows.
Data accessed and updated by the integration
The integration uses Greenhouse data only to support connected recruiting workflows such as importing jobs, exporting candidates, and detecting candidates who already exist in Greenhouse.

Use the Juicebox integration
After Greenhouse has been connected, recruiters can use the integration throughout their sourcing workflow. Common workflows include starting a Juicebox search using a Greenhouse job, exporting sourced candidates into Greenhouse, and identifying candidates who already exist in Greenhouse.
Start a Juicebox search from a Greenhouse job
Juicebox can import live roles from Greenhouse so recruiters can begin sourcing without recreating the job manually.
To start a search using a Greenhouse job:
- In Juicebox, create a new search or project.
- Select the option to start from an ATS job.
- Select Greenhouse as the connected ATS, if prompted.
- Choose the Greenhouse job you want to source for.
- Juicebox imports the relevant job information, including the job description, and uses it to identify relevant skills and initialize the search.
- Review the generated search criteria and make any desired adjustments.
- Run the search to begin reviewing matching candidates.
Export candidates from Juicebox to Greenhouse
Recruiters can export candidates discovered in Juicebox directly into Greenhouse.
To export a candidate:
- Find the candidate you want to export in Juicebox.
- Select Export to ATS.
- Select Greenhouse if prompted.
- If job-level export is available, select the Greenhouse job that the candidate should be associated with.
- Confirm the export.
- Juicebox sends the candidate profile and supported profile information to Greenhouse.
- Juicebox displays confirmation when the export has completed.
For supported workflows, subsequent candidates can also be exported using 1-Click Export.
The exported Greenhouse record can include available candidate profile information, detailed work experience, contact information, and the candidate’s resume.
Identify existing Greenhouse candidates
Juicebox automatically checks for profiles that already exist in the connected Greenhouse account.
When Juicebox identifies an existing Greenhouse profile, an ATS indicator appears on the candidate profile along with information from the existing record. This allows recruiters to recognize existing candidates before exporting or contacting them again.
This functionality helps recruiting teams maintain cleaner ATS data and reduce duplicate candidate outreach.
