Breakthrough Jobs' integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows companies to harness the power of AI to empower their recruiting team to confidently and quickly review, assess and prioritize top candidates. Breakthrough complements the Greenhouse ATS as a candidate analysis platform that provides robust resume analyses, suggested evaluation questions and post-scoring assessments to reach high-quality screening calls faster.
Configure the Breakthrough Jobs integration
Log in to Breakthrough through OAuth
Log in to Breakthrough's platform to access its Greenhouse ATS integration. You can log in with an email and password or with a Google email account.
Navigate to the ATS Dashboard
Navigate to the top of the screen and select the ATS Dashboard to access the section of the website where you will be able to log in with Greenhouse and begin importing and analyzing your candidates.
Connect ATS
Select Connect ATS and choose the ATS you want to connect.
Select Greenhouse
Select Greenhouse to log in to your Greenhouse account. This will allow you to begin importing your jobs and candidates and begin analyzing the candidates.

Log in with your Greenhouse credentials to access your Greenhouse data in Breakthrough.

Import a job with a tag
Now that you're logged in you'll see that all of your open Greenhouse jobs have been automatically imported into Breakthrough Jobs.
To import applicants from the respective job: select the job, then add a tag to it and then select Import to see the candidates that have applied to the job.
Select a candidate
After you import the job, you'll be taken to the candidate tab where you will see the applicants for each job.
Analyze a candidate
To analyze a candidate, select the candidate and then select the Analyze Candidate button. This will start the candidate analysis process and then bring you to the results tab where you will see the output of the analysis.
View results
On the view results page tab, you can see the detailed breakdown of each candidate's fit against the job description of the open role. It breaks out strengths, areas for development and even provides you with custom questions that you can use in a job interview.
Export results
After you've reviewed the output of your analysis you can export your results to CSV, JSON or TXT. This makes sharing with colleagues easy and convenient.
