Crosschq's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly add Crosschq's assessment to a job's interview plan.

Enable the integration

To set up the connection, log in to your Crosschq administrator account, then go to Organization Settings > Connectors. Locate Greenhouse in the main panel and click Manage.

To enable the connector, turn on the toggle in the top-right corner, then click Set up Greenhouse. Next, click API Settings to view the configuration details.

Within Greenhouse, authorize Crosschq to access the necessary services for the integration.

After authorization, you will be redirected to the Greenhouse settings page in Crosschq, where a green Connected label will indicate that the integration was successfully established.

Share token with Greenhouse

A Crosschq API key is stored within the Greenhouse API settings. When shared with Greenhouse, the token will allow you to trigger Interviews when a candidate reaches the Crosschq Interview Agent stage in your Greenhouse pipeline.

Get an API key in Crosschq

To obtain your Token in Crosschq for the assessment stage, go to Organization Settings > Connectors and look for Greenhouse Card and click Manage.

Once you have obtained your Assessment API token, contact Greenhouse Technical Support by using live chat or opening a ticket. After sharing the token with Greenhouse, their support team will connect the two platforms to one another.

Note: For data security purposes, do not include the API key when opening a new ticket.

Finally, you must enable Interview Feature under the App Settings and click Save Changes

Or follow the steps in this article to retrieve your Assessment API key from your Crosschq and add the Crosschq Interview Agent assessment stage in your interview plans.

Once you've set up your interview plans and configured your take home test, you'll be able to send the test to candidates.

Use the integration with Greenhouse Recruiting

Once the Crosschq integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Crosschq assessment as an interview stage.

You can send an assessment to a candidate by selecting the Send Test button next to the interview stage. The assessment instructions will be sent by Crosschq.

After it has been sent, an assessment's status will display in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view the submitted test in the Crosschq application.

To see a candidate's results in Crosschq, click View Report.

When the candidate completes the assessment, Crosschq will automatically create custom fields in the Candidate Profile under Additional Details, such as Interview Name, Status, Last Update, Interview Score, and View Report.

For every status change in Crosschq, the app will automatically add a note in the Candidate Profile to keep both platforms synchronized, using the recruiter as the author.
