- Automated interview invitations: When a candidate enters the pipeline stage you choose, Voice AI sends them an interview invitation automatically.
- Results sync: Scores, transcripts, rationale, and opt-out signals sync to the candidate record in your ATS automatically.
- Candidate actions from Voice AI: Move a candidate forward or reject them directly from Voice AI. The action syncs to your ATS pipeline in real time.

What if my ATS isn't listed?
The list of supported ATS platforms grows regularly. If your ATS isn't listed, contact Greenhouse Technical Support. New integrations are added on an ongoing basis, and Greenhouse can often add support for a platform that isn't listed yet.
How does the integration work?
Voice AI connects to your ATS through a secure integration. Once connected, jobs sync from your ATS to Voice AI, candidates receive interview invitations automatically at the pipeline stage you choose, and interview results sync back to your ATS candidate records. You never have to leave your existing hiring workflow.
What's the difference between the Greenhouse Recruiting integration and other ATS integrations?
All supported ATS platforms get the full integration: job sync, automated invitations, results sync, and candidate action management.
Greenhouse Recruiting adds a few native capabilities: rejection email template selection, data retention sync, and a Voice AI experience embedded directly inside Greenhouse Recruiting. Custom email domain support is coming soon to other ATS integrations as well.
Will results sync correctly to my ATS if I'm not using Greenhouse Recruiting?
Yes. Voice AI syncs scores, transcripts, rationale, and opt-out signals to any supported ATS platform. You review the evidence on the candidate record in your ATS the same way you review any other assessment.
How do I get started?
Voice AI is available as an add-on to your Greenhouse subscription, or as a standalone product if you use a different ATS.
