The integration connects HeyJobs directly with Greenhouse. This keeps job and candidate information flowing between both platforms, reduces manual data entry, and gives recruiting teams a clearer, more efficient hiring process. The result is less administration, better data quality, and more time to focus on the right candidates.
Configure the HeyJobs Greenhouse integration
HeyJobs provides the customer with an authentication link.
The connection flow shows the scope of the integration.
Sign in with your Greenhouse credentials and accept the scope.
Create a HeyJobs source in Greenhouse to enable tracking of applications created by HeyJobs for performance analysis.
The integration connection is established.

Use the HeyJobs Greenhouse V3 integration via Kombo.dev
Job sync
- Once the connection between Greenhouse and HeyJobs has been established through the Kombo connection flow, all job postings that are <open> and <public> are automatically synced and visible in the HeyJobs Recruiter Portal.
- Closed job postings or internal tenders are not synced with HeyJobs.
- In the HeyJobs Recruiter Portal, you can choose individual jobs to be marketed with the HeyJobs marketing product.
- You are able to edit the jobs to your liking if needed before publishing them and starting the marketing period.
- In the screenshots below, you can see snippets of the synced (demo) job data from your Greenhouse job in the HeyJobs Recruiter Portal.
Candidate delivery
- Once a talent applies to one of your marketed jobs, the applicant starts the HeyJobs Application Flow.
- The HeyJobs application flow asks the talent for basic personal information like name, phone number, and email address, and optionally for a CV or other attachments.
- Once the talent finalizes the application, the application data is automatically synced with Greenhouse, and you can find the application and continue to manage it in the Greenhouse user interface.
