SkillHunter is a Talent Intelligence Platform for AI-powered recruitment, developed by Firedev. SkillHunter automatically screens candidates using AI, producing a structured résumé analysis — skill matching against the job requirements, a numeric score, and written feedback — so recruiting teams can focus on the best-fit candidates first.
SkillHunter's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to automatically send every new candidate application from Greenhouse to SkillHunter for AI-powered résumé screening, and to receive the results back in Greenhouse as custom fields and tags — with no manual data entry.
Configure the SkillHunter integration
Before you begin: the Greenhouse user who authorizes the integration must have Site Admin permissions covering candidates, applications, jobs, custom fields, tags, and webhooks.
Log in to your SkillHunter account and open Integrations from the left-hand menu. Locate the Greenhouse card under ATS integrations.
Click Connect on the Greenhouse card. A dialog explains the connection steps — click Go to authorization.
You are redirected to Greenhouse. Sign in with your admin account and click Authorize to grant SkillHunter the requested permissions.
After authorizing, you are redirected back to SkillHunter and the integration becomes active. SkillHunter automatically creates the required webhook in your Greenhouse account. You can enable or disable the integration at any time from this card.
Data accessed and modified by the integration
Read from Greenhouse: candidates (name, e-mail addresses, phone numbers), résumé attachments, applications and application stages, jobs and job posts.
Written to Greenhouse:

The integration subscribes to the new candidate application webhook event to detect new applications in real time.
Use the SkillHunter integration
Once connected, the integration works automatically — there is no action required for each candidate.
A candidate applies to one of your published jobs in Greenhouse Recruiting.
Greenhouse notifies SkillHunter of the new application via webhook. SkillHunter retrieves the candidate's details and résumé.
SkillHunter runs its AI résumé analysis: it scores the résumé against the job profile and generates written feedback and a result tag.

The results are written back to the candidate's application in Greenhouse as custom fields and a tag — and, when configured, the application is moved to the appropriate stage.
Managing which jobs are processed
By default, SkillHunter processes applications for all of your published Greenhouse jobs. If you want to restrict screening to specific jobs, contact SkillHunter support, who will configure an allowlist or blocklist for your account.
