KrispCall is a cloud telephony platform that enables businesses to make and receive calls and send SMS globally.
The KrispCall integration with Greenhouse allows users to make calls, send SMS, and automatically log communication activities directly within candidate records, helping teams manage communication without leaving Greenhouse.
Configure the KrispCall integration
Log in to your KrispCall account.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Search for Greenhouse, select the integration, and click Connect.
Users will be redirected to the authentication page, where they will need to enter their email once.
Review the permissions and click Authorize to grant KrispCall access to your Greenhouse account. (Leave "Authorize using a service account" checked if you'd like KrispCall to connect using an org-level service account instead of your personal login — recommended, since it keeps access working even if your account is later changed or removed. Uncheck it to authorize with your individual account instead.)
Greenhouse will appear on the Active Integrations tab.
Data access & permissions
This integration will securely access and update:
- Candidate Name
- Phone Number
- Candidate activity timeline
- Call logs and SMS communication
Install the KrispCall Chrome Dialer
Search the KrispCall Chrome Dialer page in the Chrome Web Store.
Click Add to Chrome.
Click Add Extension to complete the installation.
Once installed, sign in to the Chrome Dialer using your KrispCall account.
Use the KrispCall integration
Make a call from Greenhouse
Open a candidate profile in Greenhouse.
Click on the phone number and initiate the call via KrispCall.
Automatic call logging
After completing a call, details such as duration, timestamp, and call outcome are automatically logged in the candidate's activity timeline.
SMS logging
SMS messages sent via KrispCall are automatically recorded in the candidate's timeline within Greenhouse.
Notes logging
Notes added during a call are automatically recorded in the candidate's activity timeline in Greenhouse.
