- Hiring Status Integration: Continuously updates candidate and application hiring stages between systems. Status changes, whether triggered manually or through automated workflows in either systems, seamlessly flow between Phenom and Greenhouse to keep recruiters aligned in real time.
Configure the Phenom TXM connection using Harvest v3 API
The integration between Phenom and Greenhouse Recruiting uses the Greenhouse Harvest v3 API to establish a secure, real-time connection between both platforms.
Credentials setup in Phenom (Phenom Team)
The Implementation Team initiates the configuration in Phenom and shares the Authentication URL with the customer's Greenhouse Site Admin.
The customer's Greenhouse Site Admin needs to authorize the connection:
Open the Authentication URL provided by your Phenom representative in a browser.
Log in with your Greenhouse Recruiting administrator credentials.
On the authorization page check "Authorize using a service account." This isn't mandatory, but we recommend it.
Review and grant the required API access permissions to authorize Phenom.
Once authorization is granted, a Refresh Token will display on your screen.
Click Copy Token and securely share this token with your Phenom Implementation contact.
Token exchange & activation (Phenom Team)
The Phenom representative completes the secure token exchange using the shared token in the Phenom system.

The configuration and orchestration of your integration workflows are managed directly by the Phenom Implementation and Technical Consulting teams. The Job Sync integration automatically pulls open job requisitions from Greenhouse Recruiting into the Phenom Platform, populating career sites, talent communities, and CRM search indices.
- Execution Mechanism: Scheduled job running automatically at regular, configured intervals.
- Customer Action Required: None. Once configured by Phenom, syncs execute automatically in the background.

- Job Identifiers: Job Posting URL / Apply URL, Greenhouse Posting ID, Requisition ID.
- Job Content: Job Title, Job Description (HTML content), Posted / First Published Date.
- Employment Details: Time Type (e.g., Full-time), Work Arrangement (e.g., Remote / Hybrid), Worker Subtype (e.g., Regular / Contractor), Category, Evergreen Flag.
- Location Information: Primary and Multi-location details (parsed into City, State, Country, Address, and Map Query coordinates).
- People & Ownership: Assigned Recruiter (ID, Name, Email) and Hiring Manager (ID, Name, Email).
Use the Hiring Status integration (HSI - Greenhouse to Phenom)
The Hiring Status Integration synchronizes candidate application progress and stage updates from Greenhouse Recruiting into Phenom to give recruiters complete visibility inside the Phenom CRM.
- Execution Mechanism: Scheduled integration running on regular, configured sync cycles.
- Customer Action Required: None. Data updates automatically based on recruiter actions taken within Greenhouse.

Use the Hiring Status integration (HSI 2-Way - Phenom to Greenhouse)
This real-time integration enables status updates or rejections made inside the Phenom Platform (either manually by recruiters or automatically via Phenom automated workflows) to push back directly into Greenhouse Recruiting.
- Execution Mechanism: Real-time event trigger (triggered immediately upon status or workflow stage update in Phenom).
- Customer Action Required: None. It is seamlessly integrated into the recruiter's daily workflow in the Phenom CRM.
