1Password SaaS Manager helps organizations discover the applications their employees use, manage access to those applications, and automate user provisioning and deprovisioning.
1Password SaaS Manager's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to discover Greenhouse users, review account roles and activity, view supported teams and employee data, and provision, activate, or deactivate users.
Configure the 1Password SaaS Manager integration
Select Connect in SaaS Manager, sign in to Greenhouse, review the requested permissions, approve access, and return to SaaS Manager to complete the connection.
Upon clicking Connect, the Greenhouse OAuth flow will now launch as outlined in this support article.
Tip: 1Password recommends enabling the "Authorize using a service account" checkbox when connecting.

Use the 1Password SaaS Manager integration
After it has been connected, use the Greenhouse integration to view users, account roles, account activity, teams, and supported employee or candidate data in SaaS Manager. Depending on your configuration, you can also provision, activate, or deactivate users.
Greenhouse can be used as an employee lifecycle source in SaaS Manager. The following workflow actions are available:
- Deactivate user: Deactivates a user from Greenhouse.
- Provision user: Provisions a user for Greenhouse.
- Activate user: Activates a Greenhouse user.
