Caro is a headcount management platform that helps finance, HR, and recruiting teams plan, approve, and track hiring — covering requisitions, positions, compensation, and org structure in one system.
Caro's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to send approved requisitions into Greenhouse as job openings, automatically sync hire, offer, and candidate-stage events back into Caro, and keep compensation and headcount data aligned between the two systems without manual re-entry.
Configure the Caro integration
Caro connects to Greenhouse Recruiting using a Greenhouse Integration Service User (ISU). Set up the connection as follows:
Requirements: Make sure you are a Site Admin in Greenhouse.
In Caro, go to Settings > Integrations, find Greenhouse, and click Connect.
When going through the flow, make sure you authorize as a service account. See more here.

Use the Caro integration
Caro's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting helps talent teams, finance teams, and hiring managers collaborate around a single source of truth for headcount.
View hiring progress within the overall headcount plan.
You can view the detailed progress of a role by hovering over the recruiting progress column.
If your company is set up to create jobs from Caro, you can do this by heading to the headcount details page and clicking Create in Greenhouse.
