Classet is an AI-powered recruiting and phone-screening platform that automatically screens and engages candidates on behalf of recruiting teams.
Classet's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to automatically sync jobs and candidates from Greenhouse into Classet, screen applicants with Classet's AI recruiter, and write the results back to Greenhouse — including moving application stages, adding notes and screening result links, and rejecting candidates — so recruiters manage everything from Greenhouse.
Configure the Classet integration
Classet provides customers with a secure connection link that is already tied to your Classet account — you only need to sign in to Greenhouse to authorize it. A Greenhouse Site Admin must complete the connection.
Your Classet contact sends you a unique connection link (one link per account). Open it. You will see the requested scopes. Click "Continue."
Click "Sign in with Greenhouse (V3)." You are redirected to Greenhouse.
Log in with a Greenhouse Site Admin account.
Select "Authorize a service account" and approve the requested permissions. (Connecting with a non–Site Admin account will be rejected.)

On approval you are returned to a confirmation screen and the integration is active — no further action needed in Classet.
Data Classet writes to Greenhouse
(Only on connected candidates): moves/advances the application stage, rejects applications, adds notes, and adds a screening result link.

Use the Classet integration
After connecting, your Greenhouse jobs are available to import into Classet.
In Classet, go to Dashboard > Import Job from ATS and import the Greenhouse jobs you want to screen.
Once the Job is imported, enable the AI recruiter on those jobs.
New Greenhouse applicants on those jobs flow into Classet and are screened automatically.
Classet writes the results back to the Greenhouse application — advancing the stage, adding a note and a screening result link, or rejecting per your configuration.
