Greenhouse Recruiting’s integration with truffls allows you to automatically publish your jobs to the truffls job board. You can decide if you want to publish all your jobs or just a selection. Jobs published to truffls like this will receive truffls applications directly to Greenhouse. You will receive all the relevant contact information, CV and attachments provided by the truffls job seeker. By providing us with a tracking link, you can identify truffls applications immediately and tell them apart from your other application sources.
Configure your job board
To make your open jobs available to truffls, you’ll need to create a job board URL and send it to truffls.
To locate a job board, click the Configure icon 
and select Job Board from the left panel.
Select the ellipses icon 
and click Edit Board Settings.
Scroll down to the URL field and write down the URL / Job Board Token you see in the URL field.
Create a custom source and generate a tracking link
Take the steps outlined in this support article to create a new custom source called “truffls”.
Then, on the Configure > Job Board page, select the ellipses icon and click Tracking Link.
In the Get a Tracking Link dialog box, make the following selections:
- None
- truffls
Click Create Link.
Click Copy to save the tracking link to your clipboard. Provide this link to truffls in the next step together with the API key.
Generate a job board API key
Note: To generate an API key, you must have the developer permission Manage ALL organization's API Credentials.
Click on the Configure icon and select the Dev Center on the left panel.
Select API Credential Management in the Dev Center.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the API key for truffls.
In the Create New Credential dialog box, make the following selections:
- API Type: Job Board
- Description: truffls Job Board API Key
Click Create.
Click Copy to save your API key to your clipboard. Store the API key in a secure location to provide to truffls in the next step.
Click I have stored the API Key once you have copied and saved the key.
Note: You won’t be able to view the API key after clicking I have stored the API Key. If you lose your API key or need to access it later, you’ll need to generate a new key and provide it to truffls.
When the API key is generated, send it to truffls through a secure method. Reach out to truffls for more information on a secure method.
Publish only selected jobs to truffls
This step is optional and not necessary if you want to publish all of your jobs to truffls. However, if you wish to only publish specific jobs of your integrated job board to truffls, you can do so by adding an optional Yes/No custom job field named publish_to_truffls like so:
Go to https://app.greenhouse.io/custom_fields/jobs/new, configure the new field and click Save.
Publish until a specific date
This step is optional and not necessary if you want to publish your jobs to truffls for as long as they are available in your Greenhouse. However, if you wish to publish specific jobs of your integrated job board to truffls for a predefined time, you can do so by adding an optional Date custom job field named publish_to_truffls_until like so:
Go to https://app.greenhouse.io/custom_fields/jobs/new, configure the new field and click Save.
Use the truffls integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
If you opted for not publishing all your jobs to truffls, you set publish_to_truffls to Yes for all the jobs you wish to publish to truffls.
If you opted for publishing jobs until a specific date, you set publish_to_truffls_until for the respective jobs. As soon as the date you specify here is reached, no further ad contingents you have at truffls will be used for that job.
truffls will fetch your jobs once per day. Once they are active, truffls applications will be sent directly to Greenhouse.
