Hellora is the AI Recruiting CRM for Healthcare Hiring. Its platform helps healthcare hiring teams find, enrich, and engage candidates from both external talent databases and their own existing talent pools – including past applicants, silver medalists, employee referrals, event attendees, and former employees.
Hellora's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows mutual customers to connect their Greenhouse account to Hellora using OAuth 2.0. Once connected, Hellora automatically syncs open jobs and candidate application data from Greenhouse, keeps employee referral records up to date as candidates move through the pipeline, and can submit candidates into Greenhouse when appropriate.
Prerequisites
Before configuring the integration, confirm the following:
In Greenhouse Recruiting:
- You have Site Admin permissions in Greenhouse
Configure Hellora integration
Hellora uses the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code Grant flow. A Greenhouse Site Admin authorizes Hellora once; Hellora securely stores the connection and maintains it automatically.
Go to Hellora site
- Open Hellora site
- Go to Referrals → Settings
Connect Greenhouse via OAuth
In Hellora, click Connect Greenhouse.
You are redirected to Greenhouse's authorization page.
Review the permissions Hellora is requesting.
Insert your email to log in to Greenhouse.
Click Authorize using a service account, then click the Authorize button.
You are redirected to a page that confirms Greenhouse is connected.
Use the Hellora integration
After Greenhouse is connected, Hellora runs scheduled syncs to keep jobs and candidate data current. No daily action is required from the Greenhouse Site Admin unless the connection needs to be re-authorized.
Automatic sync behavior
Once enabled, Hellora syncs:
- Jobs — open/active jobs from Greenhouse into Hellora so employees can refer candidates to the correct openings.
- Candidates / applications — application and candidate updates from Greenhouse into Hellora so candidate status reflects the current hiring pipeline.
- Offers / hire data — offer information used to determine when a candidate reaches hired/completed status.
Sync frequency is managed by Hellora (commonly daily, with token maintenance in the background). The screenshot below shows an example of the Hellora admin view and the real-time status updates for candidates, including job referred/applied to and the candidate ATS stage.
