GoodTime Hire streamlines the interview scheduling process by enabling candidates to select interview times based on real-time interviewer availability, while automatically synchronizing scheduled interviews across all relevant calendars and tools. By eliminating manual scheduling work and keeping everyone aligned, GoodTime helps talent teams reduce time-to-hire, improve the candidate experience, and focus on higher-value recruiting activities.
Through its bi-directional integration with Greenhouse Recruiting, GoodTime securely synchronizes candidate, job, application, interview, and hiring workflow data, allowing recruiting teams to manage scheduling while keeping Greenhouse as the system of record.

Configure the GoodTime-Greenhouse integration
Make sure the user performing these steps has the necessary Super Admin permissions in GoodTime and Admin permissions in Greenhouse.
The Admin logs into GoodTime and navigates to the Settings / Company Settings page and scrolls down to the Greenhouse V3 integration section.
The Admin presses the Integrate Greenhouse (V3 API) button and is redirected to the Greenhouse site.
Note: The Fallback option inputs - Client ID and Client Secret - are there just in case the button workflow is not successful. If you successfully executed the button workflow, you can ignore these input boxes.
The Admin logs into the Greenhouse site using their Admin credentials.
In the Greenhouse Permissions UI, the Admin approves the requested permissions by entering their email and clicking "Log in to Greenhouse".
Then on the next screen, check "Authorize using a service account" and click "Authorize".
The Admin is redirected back to the GoodTime Company Settings page.
The GoodTime app is now authenticated to ingest data from Greenhouse. This is the end of the authentication process.
Use the GoodTime-Greenhouse integration - schedule an interview with GoodTime
It is recommended that users download the GoodTime Chrome Extension. The Chrome extension acts as a shortcut. When a user is navigating to a candidate's application page inside Greenhouse, the Chrome Extension presents a shortcut button to open that particular candidate's application inside GoodTime. The Chrome Extension is available on Google's Extension store: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/goodtime/ckdbiaflpghnlniilggpdidkggmiojkd?pli=1
In Greenhouse, the Recruiting Coordinator (RC) searches for the candidate to schedule. Using the Open in GoodTime button, the RC opens the candidate's profile in the GoodTime app.
The RC is redirected to the GoodTime Dashboard, where all past, current, and upcoming interviews for the candidate are displayed. The RC selects Schedule Now to begin the interview scheduling process.
The interview drawer opens, and the interview plan is automatically prepopulated based on the job and its associated stage, where applicable. The RC selects Continue to proceed to the next step in the workflow.
The RC enters the candidate's availability and reviews the available interview slots. The RC then presses the button Select this option next to the preferred time to proceed with scheduling.
On the confirmation screen, the RC reviews the interview details before sending the invitation to the candidate, making any minor adjustments as needed.
After scheduling, the RC returns to the Dashboard. By selecting the interview in the Recent Updates section, the RC can review or modify the scheduled interview at any time.
Back in Greenhouse, the RC can view the newly scheduled interview directly within the candidate's application.
