DEV.BG's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to have the applications for their positions, that come into DEV.BG's board, automatically flow into their Greenhouse account.
Configure the DEV.BG integration
To get the integration going, you'll first need to email your DEV.BG contact and inquire about the ATS integration. Once you do, DEV.BG will generate a connection link, that will open a connection flow wizard, that will have you connected in two steps. Here is a preview of what the steps in the flow look like:
You will need to accept the permission scope for the integration and then sign into Greenhouse.
Once you've reached the success page of the connection flow, you will need to let your DEV.BG contact know so they can finish off the configuration on their end.
A simple test will be performed and the integration is good to go!
The integration will now automatically forward any job application, that comes in the DEV.BG job board, directly to your Greenhouse account.
Use the DEV.BG integration
Once the integration is connected and enabled, you don't need to do anything – the DEV.BG team will handle mapping positions between DEV.BG and Greenhouse and will contact you for clarification in any ad-hoc situations (e.g. if it's not clear which Greenhouse position corresponds to a position in the job board).

When they're ready to apply, they'll do so through DEV.BG's application form:
Once the candidate has sent their application, it goes through this integration and the application details are forwarded to Greenhouse.

- Cover letter
- Attachments (CV, certificates, etc. – DEV.BG allows up to 5 files to be attached)
- GDPR status (if the company has their privacy policy in their profile on DEV.BG, candidates will have the option to agree to it.)
