Basqo integrates with Greenhouse in just a few minutes, enabling three core requirements of every business:
- Hiring Tracking: Instead of manually tracking the hiring status of your planned positions in Excel sheets, immediately see which of your upcoming positions are already in hiring (or not), and push new jobs and openings directly from Basqo to Greenhouse.
- Single source of truth: Integrating Greenhouse in Basqo is the missing link to full control of all workforce costs. With just a click you don't only update expected start dates, but also ensure an automatically calculated latest forecast.
- People Analytics: Basqo features a vast reporting library - from salary comparisons, hiring analytics, team compositions and more - allowing you to drill into active and planned positions by whatever detail you need.
Connecting to Basqo
To configure the Basqo integration, you'll need to grant permission.
Head to Settings → Integrations
Click on Connect ATS, find Greenhouse from the list, click Connect and once again Connect
You will be redirected to a new screen. Enter your email from your Greenhouse account and click Log in to Greenhouse. If you are currently not logged into Greenhouse, you will need to complete the login in the screens that follow.
Check the box Authorize using a service account (This creates a dedicated org-level account for the Basqo integration, so it keeps working even if your personal account changes) and click Authorize.
If the connection was successful, the new Greenhouse integration will show up.

Use the Basqo integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
By connecting your Greenhouse account to Basqo, you automatically keep your workforce planning and your recruiting efforts in sync. Daily updates get all relevant information from your current hiring pipeline into Basqo, where you have full control over cost and FTE development with features such as access-based reporting, flexible approvals and more.
Additionally, avoid error-prone and time-consuming data entries into multiple systems with Basqo's ATS push feature, directly allowing you to add new jobs or job openings of approved positions from Basqo into Greenhouse with a click.
