Configure the Endorsed integration
To connect Endorsed to Greenhouse, complete the following steps:
Ensure that you are an admin in Greenhouse.
Log in to Endorsed at https://endorsed.com/sign-in.
Click Connect ATS at the top of the page.
Review Greenhouse permissions.
Sign in and approve in Greenhouse.
Once approved, Endorsed will begin syncing data from Greenhouse, which can take up to a week to complete.
Use the Endorsed integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the integration is connected, the initial sync will begin and could take up to 1 week.
Endorsed will sync actions taken in Endorsed to Greenhouse Recruiting. For example, when a user rejects a candidate in Endorsed, this action will be synced to Greenhouse with the credited user being the same user who took the action.
To start reviewing applications:
Click a job you would like to review.
Review an application's AI evaluation, resume, and other application information.
Proceed with advancing or rejecting the application in Endorsed.
When you advance or reject candidates in Endorsed, these actions are automatically and immediately synced to Greenhouse.
The Advance button in Endorsed will move the candidate to a specified stage, which is set up as a mandatory step for each job within Endorsed. Additionally, any automated emails configured in Greenhouse to send when candidates are advanced or rejected will also be triggered by these actions in Endorsed.
