Juro is an intelligent contract automation platform that helps businesses agree and manage contracts end-to-end. It embeds directly in the tools teams already use, so business teams can self-serve on routine contract work whilst Legal stays in control.
Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Juro ensures a seamless process for data transfer between the two platforms.
Connect Juro to Greenhouse Recruiting
The Juro integration uses an OAuth connection, so you no longer need to manually create a Harvest API key. The Juro organization admin completes the connection from within Juro, and Greenhouse Recruiting will grant the required permissions automatically.
To connect Juro to Greenhouse Recruiting, log in to your Juro account as an organization admin. From your Juro account, click Connectors in the sidebar. Navigate to Greenhouse and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Greenhouse Recruiting to authorize the connection. Review the requested permissions and sign in.
When authorizing the connection, you can use your own Greenhouse Recruiting user account or an Integration Service User (ISU). An ISU is recommended so that the integration is not tied to a specific person's account.
When the connection succeeds, you will be returned to Juro and the integration will display a connected status and the email of the Juro user who connected the integration.
Note: Juro will automatically maintain the connection in the background. If the connection is later revoked in Greenhouse Recruiting or otherwise becomes invalid, Juro will surface this in the integration log and prompt the organization admin to reconnect.
To disconnect the integration at any time, an organization admin can click Disconnect from the Juro integration page.
Configure webhooks for the Greenhouse Recruiting / Juro integration
With the updated integration, Juro manages webhooks in Greenhouse Recruiting for you. You no longer need to create webhooks manually in the Greenhouse Recruiting Dev Center.
Note: If you previously configured webhooks for Juro manually in Greenhouse Recruiting, those webhooks will continue to work without any action required. Juro recommends moving to managed webhooks where possible.
To configure which Greenhouse Recruiting events should create contracts in Juro, navigate to the Juro Greenhouse integration page and click Manage webhooks.
In the webhook configuration modal, any existing webhooks previously created in Greenhouse Recruiting will be shown so you can continue using them.
When you are ready to move to Juro-managed webhooks, select the events that should trigger contract creation in Juro (for example, "Offer created" or "Candidate has been hired"). Juro will create the corresponding webhooks in Greenhouse Recruiting on your behalf and generate a secure secret key automatically — there is nothing to copy or paste between the two platforms.
To stop a Greenhouse Recruiting event from creating contracts in Juro, deselect it in the same modal. Juro will remove the corresponding webhook in Greenhouse Recruiting for you.
That's it! Your Greenhouse Recruiting account and Juro account can now talk to each other. These settings dictate how the Juro integration responds when a candidate moves through the relevant offer or hiring stages for a given job.

Once the contract has been signed, the full signed contract will be uploaded to the candidate's Greenhouse Recruiting profile.
