Reed.co.uk's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows any job posted publicly within Greenhouse to be pulled onto Reed.co.uk, including any screening questions. The candidate can then remain on Reed.co.uk, answer any screening questions and their application and profile is sent directly to Greenhouse.
Any new jobs, closing of jobs or job updates will be represented on Reed.co.uk within a maximum 4 hours, applications are processed within 5 minutes.
Note: This configuration is done in a meeting with a Reed.co.uk representative, no pre-work is needed.
Job board URL
To make your open jobs available to Reed.co.uk, you'll need to send your job board URL.
You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scrolling to the URL field.

Generate a job board API key
Next, you'll need to create a Job Board API key for Reed.co.uk.
Follow the steps in this article and use the information below when creating your API key:

- Partner: Reed.co.uk

Create a source
In order to see which candidates are coming from Reed.co.uk, you need to set up a Source in Greenhouse. Go to Configure > Custom Options > Sources and click on Create New Source and select Other for the Sourcing Strategy. Name will be confirmed in the call with Reed.co.uk.
Setup your Greenhouse job board source token
- Click on Configure (the gear icon) in the top right corner of your Greenhouse UI.
- Click on Job Boards in the left sidebar.
- Click on the ellipsis (the three dots icon) on the right side of the Job Board section.
- Click on Tracking Link in the dropdown.
- Click on the Select a source... dropdown, and select the source you've created above.
Use the Reed.co.uk integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Reach out to your Reed.co.uk account manager to use this integration. They will book a follow up meeting to run through the connection as explained above.
