hireEZ's integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows users to export candidates directly into Greenhouse, manage pipeline stages and application statuses, and sync key recruiting data. Specifically, users can:

Configure the hireEZ integration
To finish setup for this integration, you'll need the following things:
- A hireEZ Enterprise subscription and a valid hireEZ account
- Be the admin of your hireEZ Enterprise subscription

Once your hireEZ Enterprise subscription and admin account are set up, follow these steps to configure the integration in hireEZ:
Initiate Connection: Locate Greenhouse Harvest V3 and click the Connect button.
Authentication: Enter your Greenhouse credentials (Email and Password) in the pop-up window.
Customize Settings: Check the "Authorize using a service account" based on your workflow needs.
Confirmation: A success message will appear once the connection is verified.
Configuration: Once the connection is established, the integration will be listed under My Organization's Integrations. From there, click Manage to open the configuration page.
Use the hireEZ integration
Now that the integration is fully configured, you can start leveraging hireEZ's powerful sourcing capabilities directly within your workflow. Follow the steps below to export candidates:
Export candidates to Greenhouse as prospects, and add them to a specific job, pool, and corresponding pool stage.
Export candidates to Greenhouse as job applicants while assigning them to a specific stage.
Display candidate activity logs from Greenhouse.
Display current applications and pipeline stages from Greenhouse.
Display candidate notes from Greenhouse.
Move application stage.
Reject applicant with rejection reason and send email.
After exporting, click the link in hireEZ to open the candidate directly in Greenhouse.
In Greenhouse, the candidate will appear as shown below.
Exporting via the hireEZ Chrome Extension
In addition to the web platform, the export feature is fully supported within the hireEZ Chrome Extension.
Simply open the extension on a candidate's profile, click Export, and select the integrated system to sync the candidate's information directly into your workflow.
