Aimed Careers’ integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows employers or admin to automatically sync AI-focused healthcare job postings to our platform. It enables candidates to easily discover and apply for AI roles in this niche domain that match their specialized skill sets.
Retrieve your Job Board URL
To make your open jobs available to Aimed Careers, you’ll need to send your job board URL.
You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scroll to the URL field.
Once you have this URL, send it to your Aimed Careers rep.

Finish setup and use the Aimed Careers integration
How to use the integration: To manage your job postings and start receiving applications through Aimed Careers, please follow these steps:
1. Connecting Your Account
- Log in to your Aimed Careers employer dashboard.
- Navigate to the Integrations section on the left-hand sidebar and select Greenhouse.
- Enter your Company Name and paste your Greenhouse Job Board URL (e.g., greenhousedemoboard) into the designated fields and select the relevant domain(s) from the Domain slicer.
- Click the Integrate button to establish the connection.
Once connected, Aimed Careers will automatically sync your AI-focused healthcare jobs from Greenhouse three times a week.
- To maintain platform quality, synchronized listings are filtered to ensure they align with our focus on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and other cutting-edge roles in Healthcare and Medicine.
3. Candidate Redirection and Application
- Aimed Careers utilizes a redirect-based integration model.
- When a candidate finds a role on our platform and clicks "Apply," they are redirected directly to your Greenhouse-hosted job board to complete their application.
- Because candidates apply on your own site, all applicant data and tracking remain securely within your Greenhouse Recruiting dashboard.
