Set up Puck integration

The Puck account management team will be in touch with you to share onboarding instructions specific to your company and offer live support.

Most configurations integrate with Greenhouse using the Job Board integration.

Update your job board URL to the career site URL

To make your open jobs available to Puck you'll need to update your Job Board URL to match your career site URL.

Note: You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scroll to the URL field.

Update your Job Posts URL

On the same URL page, update the Job Posts URL to the following value (provided by Puck during onboarding): https://app.careerpuck.com/job-board/example/job/:id

Click the checkbox next to Hide description/title on job application (only display form)

Select the button in the yellow section at the top of the page so it reads, “Point tracking links to greenhouse hosted job board” and shows the tracking links as "All tracking links currently point to: https://www.example.com/careers/"
