Banking & payment information
Greenhouse is now banking solely with JPMorgan Chase, so please discontinue use of any other bank account when making payments on your Greenhouse invoice. Payments sent to any other bank account will not be received or applied to your Greenhouse account.
When making payment to Greenhouse, please use one of the following methods:
- ACH/Wire: please send all payments to our new JPMorgan Chase bank account ending in 3300. Payments sent to any other bank account will not be received or applied to your Greenhouse account. Full details can be found at the bottom of your Greenhouse invoice. If you have a question about our new JPMorgan Chase bank account or if verbal bank verification is required to initiate payment, please email accounting@greenhouse.io for assistance
- Credit Card: we accept credit card payments for invoices under $20,000.00. To pay your invoice online with a credit card, simply click Pay Online at the bottom of your Greenhouse invoice. All invoices over $20,000.00 must be paid in full via ACH/Wire and invoices cannot be split up to accommodate our $20,000.00 credit card limit.

- At this time, we are not able to accept checks in the mail. If your organization can only make payment by check, please email accounting@greenhouse.io immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

W9 & tax information
- Click here for a copy of the Greenhouse W9. You’ll also find a copy of our W9 linked at the bottom of your Greenhouse invoice.

- Customers eligible for U.S. Tax exemptions are required to submit an official exemption certificate along with their Greenhouse invoice to tax@greenhouse.io within 48 hours of the invoice date. Please note that invoice payment terms will not be extended if this information is not received within this timeframe.

Vendor Paperwork, Vendor Portal & PO Process
If your organization requires us to add a PO number to your invoice, to complete vendor paperwork or to sign up for a vendor portal, please contact accounting@greenhouse.io within 48 hours of your invoice date and provide us with all required information and instructions. Please note that invoice payment terms will not be extended if this information is not received within this timeframe.
Payment terms
Payment terms are listed at the top of your order form and at the top of all invoices. In order to keep your account in good-standing, payments must be made on all invoices within the agreed-upon payment terms.
Per section 5(d) of our MSA: "in the event any Fees are more than thirty (30) days overdue, Greenhouse may suspend its performance, and require full payment of all outstanding amounts before Greenhouse resumes performance.”
If your Greenhouse account has been temporarily suspended due to non-payment, access can be restored upon receipt of the full outstanding balance. To achieve reactivation, please remit payment immediately and send proof of the transaction to accounting@greenhouse.io.
General considerations
- Greenhouse does not allow for contract changes, cancellations, or pauses of any kind.
- Add system@sent-via.netsuite.com to your contacts list so that Greenhouse invoices or notifications won't be marked as spam.
