Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with KodiakHR allows you to seamlessly add a KodiakHR reference check to a job's interview plan.
Enable the KodiakHR integration
To enable the KodiakHR integration, log into KodiakHR and navigate to Settings, then API Tokens.
Click Create API Token, type Greenhouse into the text box, and click Save.
A new API token will be generated, which you can click to copy.
Once Greenhouse Technical Support receives your API key via SendSafely, we'll email you to confirm that your API key has been set up in your account and that your integration is enabled.
Use the KodiakHR integration on Greenhouse Recruiting
Once the integration is enabled, you can add the KodiakHR reference check to your job's interview plan.
To do this for an existing job, navigate to a job (Jobs > Job Name) and click Job Setup > Interview Plan.
Click Add Stage. Select the KodiakHR stage. When finished, click Add.
Send and review the reference check
When candidates are moved into the KodiakHR stage, Greenhouse Recruiting will display a Send Test link.
Click Send Test and choose the reference check survey you would like to use.
The status of the reference check will be viewable in Greenhouse on the candidate's profile:
Once the candidate's references have completed the KodiakHR reference check survey, the Candidate Report will be available in Greenhouse on the candidate's profile.
If you click on the KodiakHR stage, you can click View Report to download the candidate's report.
