JobMinglr’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows customers to automatically publish open roles to JobMinglr and receive matched candidate applications directly in Greenhouse.
Retrieve Job Board URL and send it to JobMinglr
To make your open jobs available to JobMinglr, you’ll need to send your job board URL.
You can find your Job Board URL by navigating to the Job Board settings. (Configure > Job Boards & Posts > Ellipsis icon next to job board > Edit Board Settings) and scroll to the URL field.
Once you have this URL, send it to JobMinglr.

Generate a job board API key
Next, you’ll need to create a Job Board API key for JobMinglr.
Follow the steps in this article and use the information below when creating your API key:

Use the JobMinglr integration with Greenhouse Recruiting
Once connected, JobMinglr automatically imports all active jobs from your Greenhouse job board and displays them on the JobMinglr platform. New postings appear automatically, and closed roles are removed without any manual action.
When candidates apply through JobMinglr, their details—including name, email, and resume—are sent directly to your Greenhouse Recruiting account as new candidate records, creating a seamless connection between job discovery and application tracking. You can disable the integration at any time by removing your Greenhouse API key, and JobMinglr will automatically remove your organization and all associated job data from the platform.

Implementation:
To enable the integration, fill out the connection form on our website at jobminglr.com/greenhouse with your company information and Greenhouse API key. Once submitted, JobMinglr will automatically connect your account and begin syncing your active jobs.
Disabling the Integration:
You can disable the integration at any time by removing your Greenhouse API key in JobMinglr. This will immediately remove your company and job data from the platform.
