Keeyora is an AI-powered texting platform designed for recruiting teams, HR professionals, and hiring managers. It integrates with Greenhouse Recruiting to make communication with candidates and new hires easier, faster, and fully compliant throughout the hiring process.
Connecting your Greenhouse Recruiting account to Keeyora is quick and simple. Once connected, you can:
- Send individual or bulk text messages directly from Greenhouse candidate profiles.
- Automatically record all inbound and outbound text conversations under each candidate’s activity feed.
This integration allows your team to manage candidate communication seamlessly from within Greenhouse, ensuring all text activity is tracked and compliant.
Configure the Keeyora integration
To connect Keeyora with Greenhouse, go to the Integrations tab in your Keeyora settings, then click Connect. In the pop-up window, log in to your Greenhouse account and select Authorize to complete the setup.
Use the Keeyora integration
Once you’ve downloaded the Keeyora Chrome Extension from the Google Play Store and selected your texting number, open any candidate’s profile in Greenhouse and click Text to start a conversation.
To message multiple candidates at once, use the Bulk Actions menu in Greenhouse to launch a bulk texting campaign directly through Keeyora.
