Create a Harvest API key for the Tigon Recruiter integration

To configure the Greenhouse Recruiting / Tigon Recruiter integration, you'll need to create a Harvest API key.

Follow the steps in this article to create the key, and verify that the credentials and permissions below are selected when configuring the Tigon Recruiter integration.


In the Create New Credential box, make the following selections:

  • API type: Harvest
  • Partner: Tigon Recruiter
  • Description: Tigon Recruiter Harvest API key


Verify that the following permissions are selected for the Tigon Recruiter integration:

  • Post: Add Candidate

Using Tigon Recruiter's Chrome extension, it is simple to add your sourced candidates into Greenhouse Recruiting.

How to source candidates

First, select a Position (will be auto-populated from Greenhouse Recruiting) and a Campaign. Campaign is a predefined set of messages sequence to candidates. You may freely amend the campaign and tailor it based on your flavor.

Start Sourcing using your position and location. You can add free language parameters (such as skills), or filter certain ones (such as candidates who worked at certain companies).

When browsing and identifying an interesting candidate, click the megaphone icon and reach out to the candidate using the pre-selected message style (the relevant campaign).
