Configure User Setup Permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting
In order to enable the Greenhouse/Tigon Recruiter integration, you will need the developer permission Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials.
Contact a Greenhouse user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions to apply the API credential management permission to your account. Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon > Users > Your Name).
The user with Site Admin level permissions should navigate to the Permissions panel on your user page and expand the Developer Permissions dropdown menu.
Select Can manage ALL organization’s API Credentials so that a check is in the checkbox. When finished, click Save.
Repeat as necessary for any other user that should have access to set up the integration.
Create a Harvest API Key for the Greenhouse/Tigon Recruiter Integration
To create a Harvest API key for the integration, click on the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel.
From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the API key for Tigon Recruiter.
From the Create new credential dialog box, give your API key a name and select Harvest from the Type dropdown menu. When finished, click Create.
On the Manage API Key Permissions page, select the following permissions:
- GET: List Candidates
- POST: Add Candidate
- POST: Add Attachment
- POST: Add Application
- GET: List Job Posts for Job
- GET: List Jobs.
When finished, click Update.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse/Tigon Recruiter integration is created and configured. Provide your Harvest API key to your Tigon Recruiter onboarding team so they can set up the integration.

- Start Sourcing using your position and location. Obviously, you may add free language parameters (e.g. skills), or filter certain ones (e.g. candidates that worked on certain companies).
- When browsing and identifying an interesting candidate, simply pressing the megaphone icon and reaching out to the candidate using the message style pre-selected (the relevant campaign).
How can I keep track of my mass communications?
Our Candidates Module reflects all necessary information to monitor the status of all poaches. This information includes among others, the number of sent messages, whether an email was opened, how many times the candidate/s opened that email. This data could serve for a/b testing several campaigns and validate what works best for you.
Can I reach out to candidates via text messages, WhatsApp as well?
Yes. Our platform supports text messages, WhatsApp as well as emails.

Can I use my own mailbox?
Sure. Tigon Recruiter supports full integration with G-Suite and gmail mailboxes.
I would rather not provide access to my mailbox, could I still use the service?
Absolutely, you can use an alternative designated mailbox for managing any sourcing process in Tigon Recruiter.
