Verify your integration in Scouted

To verify your Greenhouse / Scouted Integration is set up correctly, navigate over to Scouted and click the Greenhouse logo. When you have three green checkmarks, you are ready to go!

Finish configuration in Scouted

Navigate over to Scouted and click the Greenhouse logo in the left navigation bar.

Under the section Greenhouse Settings for Scouted, there is a field that says “Select the candidate stage that will trigger reviews being sent”. From the dropdown, choose which stage you want to trigger Scouted to look for a match (ie Phone Screen). Then click Save.

Use the integration

When an applicant reaches the correct stage, Scouted will compare the experience of your employees with that applicant. If there is a match, Scouted will automatically ping the recruiter marked “Responsible” for that applicant.

The recruiter responsible can then send a review request to the employee with overlapping experience.

When a review is submitted, the recruiter marked “Responsible” will receive a notification saying a review has been completed with a direct link to view the review in Greenhouse.

Completed reviews from Scouted will be attached to the Details tab on the candidate's profile in Greenhouse Recruiting.
