The Weekly Task Summary email summarizes all tasks that are assigned to a particular user and includes any newly assigned tasks and overdue tasks. The email is scheduled to be delivered every Monday. In this article, we will cover how to deactivate the Weekly Task Summary email for your entire organization.
Click Settings on the navigation bar and expand Onboarding Plan on the left-hand panel.
Select Emails from the dropdown menu.
From the Emails page, navigate to the Settings panel and click the toggle inline with Receive Weekly Summary of Tasks so that OFF is visible.
Your entire organization will be unsubscribed from the Weekly Task Summary email.
