The Overdue Tasks Reminder email is delivered daily to users in your organization with any overdue tasks. In this article, we will cover how to deactivate the Overdue Tasks Reminder email for your entire organization.
Click your Name in the upper-right corner and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
Select Emails from the dropdown menu.
From the Emails page, navigate to the Settings panel and click the toggle inline with Receive Overdue Tasks Reminder so that OFF is visible.
Your entire organization will be unsubscribed from the Overdue Tasks Reminder email.
