Fonts for offer document templates

Greenhouse Recruiting uses an uploaded offer document template (in .docx format) to generate a candidate's offer document with the appropriate information. We'll generate both a .docx and .pdf of the offer document for the candidate.

The font used in the uploaded offer document template can impact the overall formatting when Greenhouse Recruiting converts the file into a .pdf version.

In order to resolve these conversion problems we recommend that your organization use the following supported fonts in your offer document template:

  • Times New Roman, v3 (in regular, italic, bold, and bold italic)
