Fonts for offer letter templates

Greenhouse Recruiting uses an uploaded offer letter template (in .docx format) to generate a candidate's offer letter with the appropriate information. We'll generate both a .docx and .pdf of the offer letter for the candidate.

The font used in the uploaded offer letter template can impact the overall formatting when Greenhouse Recruiting converts the file into a .pdf version.

In order to resolve these conversion problems we recommend that your organization use the following supported fonts in your offer letter template:

  • Times New Roman, v3 (in regular, italic, bold, and bold italic)
