Fonts for Offer Letter Template

Greenhouse Recruiting uses an uploaded offer letter template (uploaded in .docx format) to generate a candidate's offer letter with the appropriate information. We will generate both a .docx and .pdf version of the offer letter for the candidate.

The font used in the uploaded offer letter template can impact the overall formatting when Greenhouse Recruiting converts the file into a .pdf version. In order to resolve these conversion problems we recommend that your organization use the following fonts in your offer letter template:
