Greenhouse Software's browser support policy outlines our commitment to ensure our application works and performs as intended on the various web browsers and devices your organization may use to access our applications. Greenhouse Software supports a variety of browsers and operating systems across three tiers:
Fully support browsers
If a web browser is fully supported, Greenhouse Software will ensure that our application is both functional and performs as expected on these browsers. Fully supported browsers are tested as part of the regular QA process. Below are the web browsers that are fully supported by Greenhouse Software:
Note: For supported versions, current major version minus two means that Greenhouse Software will provide full support for the most recent major version of the browser and the previous two versions of the browser (i.e. if Chrome 80 is the most recent web browser, we will support Chrome 80, 79, and 78).

Partial support
If a web browser is partially supported, Greenhouse Software will ensure that our application is functional on these browsers. Minor visual/UI defects will not be addressed so long as they do not impede functionality. Partially supported browsers are not part of the regular QA process. Below are the web browsers that are partially supported by Greenhouse Software:

Note: Greenhouse Software will always support the recommended browser for the latest version of Windows. Presently, that browser is Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. Internet Explorer 11 is the last version of Internet Explorer that will ever be supported by Microsoft, and as such is the last version that we will partially support. Microsoft recommends Microsoft Edge instead of IE11 on Windows 10+.
Microsoft has announced it will end support for Internet Explorer 11 on February 14, 2023. Greenhouse Software will stop supporting Internet Explorer 11 on the same date.
Unsupported browsers
If a web browser is unsupported, Greenhouse Software will not ensure that Greenhouse Recruiting is functional on these browsers. Any browser that is not listed in fully supported or partially supported is not supported at this time.
