How can we help you?

WOTC.com

WOTC.com provides business owners the opportunity to profit from their recently hired employees by maximizing the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).

Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with WOTC.com allows a request for candidate information to be sent automatically to candidates upon hire. Once a candidate completes the form, a WOTC status update will be listed on the candidate's Greenhouse Recruiting profile.

In this article, we will cover how to:

Configure User Setup Permissions in Greenhouse Recruiting

Contact a Greenhouse Recruiting user in your organization with Site Admin level permissions with the additional user-specific permission Can edit another user's advanced permissions to apply the following permissions to your account:

  • Can manage ALL organization's API Credentials
  • Can manage and configure web hooks

Have the user with Site Admin level permissions edit your user account's permissions by navigating to the Configure icon configure.png > Users > Your Name.

  • WOTC.com's Endpoint URL
  • WOTC.com's Secret Key

To retrieve this information, email support@wotc.com or call (212) 635-9500.
