How to use the Integration with Greenhouse

The Greenhouse and integration is triggered upon a candidate being hired in Greenhouse.  The candidate will receive an email asking them to complete a WOTC form:

The WOTC form asks for basic personal information (Name, Birthday, Address, etc.) as well as employment information, and questions regarding government assistance and veteran status.

The candidate will be directed to the form for completion.  Upon completion, the WOTC Status will be updated in the Greenhouse candidate details tab to indicate form completion.
