While attempting to schedule an interview using Greenhouse Recruiting's integration with Outlook 365, users in your organization may have encountered a scheduling error when scheduling interviews from within their Greenhouse user accounts.
In order to avoid potential duplicate interviews, Greenhouse blocks attempts to schedule the interview and send invitations to interviewers again for 5 minutes. We temporarily block subsequent scheduling attempts to allow our system to handle the error message we receive from Outlook 365's API.
Note: If 5 minutes has lapsed and the scheduled interview does not appear, users in your organization can attempt to schedule the interview and send invitations to interviewers again.
The reason for this error is currently unknown, although we believe this error is generated by Outlook 365 and have reached out to them for clarification.
