Sometimes, deleting a candidate's individual candidate's personal data is the result of the data retention timer lapsing on a rejected candidate, or responding to an individual request to have personal data deleted by the rejected candidate.
Note: Deleting a candidate's personal data cannot be undone.
When a candidate's information is eligible for a data retention rule, you can delete their data by selecting Take Action at the top of their candidate profile and clicking Delete.
Note: The data that is deleted for the candidate or prospect will depend on the data retention rule applied to the candidate or prospect.
