If your organization would like to delete a prospect post from an internal or external job board, click the ellipsis on the navigation bar and select CRM from the dropdown menu.
Click Configure Pools & Posts from the CRM page.
Navigate to the Prospect Posts panel and turn the prospect post off by click Live under the Status column inline with a specific prospect post.
Click Turn Off from the subsequent dialog box.
Note: A prospect post must be turned OFF before it can be successfully deleted from your account.
Once the prospect post is turned off, click the ellipsis underneath the Actions column inline with the prospect post.
Click Delete from the dropdown menu.
A subsequent dialog box will ask you to confirm the decision to delete the prospect post. Click Delete.
