Offices and departments in Greenhouse Recruiting provides a structure by which jobs and candidates are organized within your Greenhouse accounts. In this article, we will cover how to:
To start, click the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Organization from the left-hand panel.
Edit Office
To edit the details for an office in your Greenhouse Recruiting account, navigate to the Offices section and hover over the name of an existing office.
Click the Edit icon inline with the office name.
Use the subsequent dialog box to edit:
- Office name
- Location
- Primary In-House Contract
Note: Depending on your organization's subscription tier and additional feature packages, you may also be able to edit tiered offices and/or external office IDs.
Click Save when finished.
Edit Department
To edit the details for a department in your Greenhouse Recruiting account, navigate to the Departments section and hover over the name of an existing department.
Click the Edit icon inline with the department name.
Use the subsequent dialog box to edit:
- Department name
Note: Depending on your organization's subscription tier and additional feature packages, you may also be able to edit tiered department and/or external department IDs.
Click Save when finished.
