Offices and departments provide a structure for jobs and candidates in Greenhouse Recruiting, and are defined during the configuration of your account. However, if offices or departments change in your organization, you can update them in Greenhouse Recruiting.

Edit an office
To edit an office, click the Configure icon and then click Organization.
Hover over the office you wish to edit and click the Edit icon .
You can change the name, location, or contract for the office. You may have additional fields in this section based on your Greenhouse Recruiting subscription tier or organization setup.
When finished, click Save.
Edit a department
To edit a department, click the Configure icon and then click Organization.
Hover over the departmen you wish to edit, and click the Edit icon .
Update the department information as needed.
When finished, click Save.
