Offices and departments provide a structure for jobs and candidates in Greenhouse Recruiting, and are; defined during implementation. However, if offices or departments change in your organization, they can be easily updated on the Organization page.

Click the Configure icon and select Organization from the left side of the page.
Click the Edit icon next to the office you want to update.
Change the name, location, or contract for the office. You may have additional fields in this section based on your tier and organization setup.
When you're finished, click Save.
Click the Configure icon and select Organization on the left side of the page.
Click the Edit icon next to the department you want to update.
Update the department information and click Save.
