Greenhouse and partner HRNX have created an integration with Predictive Index that allows your organization to seamlessly add a Predictive Index assessment to a job's interview plan. In this article, we will cover how to:

Retrieve Greenhouse Recruiting Harvest API Key
In order for HRNX to complete the integration, they will need a Greenhouse Harvest API key. To create a Harvest API key for the integration, click on the Configure icon in the upper right-hand corner. Navigate to Dev Center on the left-hand panel.
From the Dev Center page, click API Credential Management.
From the API Credential Management page, click Create New API Key to generate the API key for Predictive Index.
From the Create new credential dialog box, give your API key a name and select Harvest from the Type dropdown menu. When finished, click Create.
On the Manage API Key Permissions page, please list all the permissions the Harvest API key requires.
When finished, click Update.
Your Harvest API key for the Greenhouse/Predictive Index integration is created and configured.
Enable the Greenhouse/Predictive Index Integration
HRNX offers integration services to get your organization enabled as quickly as possible with an integration between Greenhouse Recruiting and Predictive Index.
Contact HRNX (email@example.com) to request an integration. Once your integration has been confirmed, HRNX will assign a project manager for you to work with to complete your integration. HRNX will require you to provide a login, password and an API key to your Greenhouse environment to configure the integration.
HRNX will then configure the integration using the Predictive Index test environment. Once the configuration is ready, then HRNX will provide 3 test URL values to the Greenhouse help desk, along with a customer-specific API key.
After the integration is tested and everything is confirmed to be working, the staging integration will be turned off and the integration will be activated using the production Predictive Index URL values. At this time a new production API will be issued as well.
These URL values are used to pull the list of Predictive Index tests on your account, a link to send the test to the candidate and a link for pulling the completed assessment details back into Greenhouse.
Add Predictive Index Assessment to Job's Interview Plan
Once the Greenhouse/Predictive Index integration is enabled for your organization, you will be able to add the Predictive Index assessment as an Interview stage.
To do this for an existing job, navigate to a job (All Jobs>Job Name) and click Job Setup from the Job navigation bar.
From the Job Setup page, navigate to Interview Plan on the left-hand panel. Scroll down the page and click + Add a Stage.
From the Add Stage dialog box, select the Predictive Index stage. When finished, click Add to apply the stage to the job's interview plan.
Configure Predictive Index Stage
Once the stage has been added to the job's interview plan, click Edit. Use the provided drop-down menu to choose assessments that you have previously set up in Predictive Index.
Select the appropriate assessment and assign at least one Greenhouse user to review submitted assessments. When finished, click Save.
Note: Keep in the mind that all configuration of the assessment itself, as well as the email template, will need to be done in Predictive Index.
Send and Review the Test
When candidates are moved into the Predictive Index interview stage, Greenhouse will display a Send Test link.
Note: When you send a test from Greenhouse, the interview instructions are actually sent by Predictive Index.
Once the candidate has submitted their test, the Interview Kit will contain a link to view assessment results from Predictive Index.
