CRM user licenses grant a user certain permissions in CRM to manage your organization's prospect pools, prospect stages, prospect owners, and more.
Your organization has a finite number of user licenses. To assign a user license to a member of your team, click the ellipsis on your navigation bar and select CRM from the dropdown menu.
Click into the Licenses panel on the right-hand side.
The Manage CRM Account page identifies the current users who hold Admin Licenses, User Licenses, and available licenses to assign. Click the Edit icon inline with an unassigned user license.
Use the subsequent dropdown box to select a user who will be assigned the CRM User License.
The selected user will be granted a CRM User License.
