We are excited to introduce an upcoming change to our in-app chat feature! Greenhouse Software has partnered with Solvvy to include a new chat experience that will connect you quickly and accurately to relevant resources in our Help Center.
Solvvy is machine learning software that reads our entire Help Center and presents relevant articles or sections of articles. Ask it a question as you would a live agent and it will draw based its natural language processing and training to suggest resources that can answer your question. The more you use the feature, the smarter it gets!
If our new chat experience is unable to suggest a resource to answer your question, our agents are still ready to chat or answer a submitted ticket.
